TOM & TOM, GROVE ROAD, WINDSOR
Unique Design & Build transformed Tom and Tom’s Windsor home with a full refurbishment, kitchen and dining extension and new bathrooms.
The open-plan kitchen features elegant marble surfaces, gold fixtures, and striking black crittall doors that lead to a bright outdoor space.
Upstairs, a luxurious master suite and beautifully finished bathrooms bring a boutique feel, while restored fireplaces and bespoke detailing add warmth and character. A stylish, welcoming home designed for modern living and entertaining.
BROOKVILLE ROAD, FULHAM
A modern home renovation in the heart of Fulham, this project by Unique Design & Build included a full refurbishment, ground-floor extension and new kitchen with a bright garden seating area.
The kitchen was designed with multiple velux windows, creating a bright, open and welcoming space.
New bathrooms were installed throughout, each reflecting the client’s modern style and attention to detail, resulting in a contemporary and cohesive home.
BIRCH HOUSE, ASCOT
At Birch House, Unique Design & Build created a stunning loft extension that feels perfectly in keeping with the original home. The bright, open space features beautiful views through large Velux windows and a stylish, high-quality bathroom.
Thoughtfully designed and seamlessly integrated, this loft offers both function and charm — a peaceful retreat filled with natural light.
SUSAN & IAN, GROVE ROAD, WINDSOR
Unique Design and Build had the pleasure of transforming Tom and Tom's home in Windsor undertaking a kitchen and dining extension, new bathrooms and a full refurbishment. The kitchen features stunning black crittal doors that open into a small yet airy outdoor area, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor spaces. Inside, marble surfaces and gold fixtures create an elegant atmosphere complemented by a large island with bar style seating and a large range stove.
The dining area, bathed in natural light from the doors and windows, connects to a stylish additional indoor seating/sofa area. This flows effortlessly into a dedicated desk space and then into the cosy living area. We also restored the fireplace and hallways.
Upstairs is a spacious main bathroom with double sinks, a walk-in power shower and a freestanding bath whilst the master suite boasts a luxurious en suite. The stylish guest bedrooms and a charming loft/office space, enhanced with unique touches from our clients, complete this beautiful home renovation.

WATER'S EDGE, MARLOW
Set along the beautiful riverside in Marlow, Waters Edge is a spacious apartment that combines modern luxury with timeless design. Unique Design & Build carried out a full refurbishment across every room, transforming the interiors into a stylish, contemporary living space with character and warmth.
From elegant new bathrooms to refined living areas and bespoke finishes, every detail was considered to complement the apartment’s stunning setting by the water. The result is a bright, modern home that perfectly balances comfort, sophistication, and individuality.
ALBANY HOUSE, ASCOT
Unique Design & Build completed a full refurbishment at Albany House, transforming every level of this Ascot home. The project included redesigned bedrooms, bathrooms and living spaces, plus a lower ground extension featuring an open-plan TV area, kitchen, dining space and outdoor patio with a dedicated cooking area.
The front garage, entrance pillars and new doorway create an elegant first impression, while every interior detail reflects the client’s personal taste and vision, including our favourite flamingo downstairs cloakroom!
KINGS ROAD
Unique Design & Build transformed this lovely terraced property with a full renovation, new bathrooms and a bright open-plan ground floor extension. Large bifold doors open directly onto the beautiful garden, creating a seamless flow between indoor and outdoor living.

Unique Design & Build modernised this character-filled Fulham property with a full refurbishment, new bathrooms and a stylish extension. The open-plan living space flows seamlessly into the small city garden through contemporary bifold doors, creating the perfect indoor–outdoor spot for relaxing and BBQs. The home also features a dedicated gym room, a new downstairs cloakroom and thoughtfully designed interiors throughout. KINGSWOOD AVENUE, HAMPTON
Unique Design & Build renovated and extended this charming bungalow for a couple looking to downsize without compromising on style or comfort.
