Unique Design and Build had the pleasure of fully refurbishing Melina and John's elegant home in Fulham, transforming it into a stylish and functional space that meets their modern lifestyle needs. The project included extensive renovations across several key areas of the home.

Kitchen and Dining:
The kitchen and dining area received a complete overhaul resulting in a sleek, open-plan space perfect for cooking, dining and entertaining. High-end appliances, modern cabinetry and a spacious island enhance both functionality and aesthetics making it the heart of the home.

Bathrooms:
All three bathrooms, including a utility bathroom downstairs, were meticulously renovated. Each space now features contemporary fixtures, luxurious finishes and practical layouts. The utility bathroom adds convenience and style complementing the overall design of the home and creating a talking point with its gorgeous wallpaper!

Living Space:
In the living area UDB restored the original fireplace, adding warmth and character to the room. Built-in shelving provides ample storage and display space while the installation of lovely white shutters throughout the home enhances both privacy and natural light.

Loft Bedroom:
The top loft bedroom was updated complete with a new bathroom featuring gorgeous double skylight windows. This unique feature floods the space with natural light, creating a feeling of being amongst the clouds.
