Unique Design and Build (UDB) had the pleasure of transforming Jo and Rob's home in Ascot undertaking a comprehensive renovation of their master bedroom, en suite, hallway and stairs, as well as constructing a new loft extension and a front porch.

Master Bedroom and En Suite:
Jo and Rob desired a touch of luxury reminiscent of their travels to high-end hotels. We installed a freestanding bathtub in their master bedroom, creating a unique and indulgent space. The en suite bathroom features elegant fixtures and high-quality finishes, enhancing the overall ambiance of relaxation and sophistication.

Hallway and Stairs:
The hallway and stairs were beautifully renovated to complement the newly refurbished spaces, ensuring a seamless flow throughout the home.

Loft Extension:
The new loft extension overlooks the garden and surrounding trees, providing a serene and picturesque view. With two balcony windows side by side the space is filled with natural light and offers a perfect spot for contemplation or enjoying a morning coffee. This extension perfectly expands the living and working area and also provides an additional space for the family to relax. UDB also installed a bath and shower in the loft, adding convenience and additional space for guests and the children.

Sustainable Energy Solutions:
UDB installed solar panels on the roof harnessing the power of the sun to provide sustainable energy and reduce utility bills. This eco-friendly addition aligns with Jo and Rob's commitment to sustainability, bringing both environmental benefits and cost savings.

New Front Porch:
To complete the project UDB constructed a brand new porch around the front door, adding a welcoming and stylish entrance to their home. This enhancement improves curb appeal and provides a functional space for guests to transition from the outside to the inside.

This project showcases UDB's ability to blend luxury, functionality and sustainability, creating a beautifully renovated home that Jo and Rob can enjoy for years to come.
